Jim Reinhold, CEO & Founder

Jim Reinhold is responsible for the company’s overall vision, growth and performance with over 25 years of experience in high technology engineering and executive management. He has served as President of EBS, President of Aurora Technologies and General Manager of Carlo Gavazzi Computer Systems. Jim was also an Executive Vice President at Texas Microsystems, a senior manager at SUN Microsystems, and held senior engineering and management positions at Apollo Computer. Jim started his career as a Member of the Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, and a Master's degree in Applied Management from Lesley College.

Dave Meier, Vice President of Engineering & Co-Founder

Dave Meier oversees research and development for new product introduction with over 25 years of demonstrated excellence in engineering management, product development, and project and program management. His background includes a range of companies from large enterprises to start-ups - including Hewlett-Packard, Apollo Computer, Avid Technology, and LifeClips, Inc. Dave has led both small and large engineering teams (100+). As Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Avid Technology, he was instrumental in delivering products that formed the basis for the company's revenue growth from $80M to over $400M. At Hewlett Packard's Workstation Division, Dave was responsible for products that accounted for 40% of his division's revenue.

Greg Loycano, CFO & Co-Founder

Greg Loycano, CMA, oversees all financial, human resources and administration functions with over 20 years of corporate and operational finance experience. Prior to joining Network Allies, Greg was Corporate Controller of Polestar Technologies, a high technology government funded research and Development Company.  Previously, Greg was Corporate Controller of ZanAqua Technologies, Inc and was Vice President and Corporate Controller of First Virtual Communications, a publicly-held IP-based videoconferencing company. Greg also served as division controller at General Automation and held financial positions at Nova Biomedical, IMO Baird Corporation and M/A-COM. He is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Lowell.  

Charles Mason, Vice President of Operations

Charles Mason oversees all production, procurement, logistics and support functions with over 20 years of experience in Operations, Quality Management Systems, Engineering and Customer Service in the high technology industry. He has held senior management positions at United Electronic Industries, Carlo Gavazzi Computer Systems, Texas Microsystems and engineering positions at Hewlett Packard/Apollo Computer and USCI Bard. Charles has been responsible for implementing ISO 9001 and has expertise in supplier chain management, new product introduction and program management. He majored in Electrical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire and Vermont Technical College.

Evan Elkington, Vice President of Sales

Evan Elkington leads and directs the sales team to achieve the company’s revenue goals, and has held industry-related business development and sales positions for over 15 years. In his 10 years as a Business Development Manager at Trilogic Systems, he was responsible for the company's largest customer acquisitions, which contributed to 100% revenue growth over a three year period. At Suntron, Evan was instrumental in the division's 45% sales growth over a two year period. His extensive sales background includes an in-depth expertise in open systems technology. Evan has managed business development relationships with corporate technology partners such as Intel and Motorola. He holds Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Joe Cipriano, Director of Customer Programs

Joe Cipriano is responsible for the management of all aspects of customer programs, and has held various senior management positions in engineering and operations in the systems integration over the last 25 years. His background includes technical management experience at Textron Systems, operations and engineering management responsibilities at Trilogic Systems, and a senior business manager position at Suntron. He has in-depth experience in organizing and managing cross-functional technical teams. At Trilogic Systems and Suntron, he was responsible for managing highly profitable, complex customer programs in both military and commercial sectors.

Joe Fiorita, Director of Business and Product Development

Joe Fiorita is responsible for developing business in key vertical markets and creating solutions within those markets.  He is a 20 year sales and product development veteran of single application devices. Joe's experience includes creating and selling hardware solutions and services to ISV’s, OEM’s, Resellers, and Distributors. Joe always tries to understand the complete needs of our clients and provide them with what best fits their needs and exceed their expectations.  He joined the Network Allies team through an acquisition of Sherlock Systems, Inc back in 2012.  Joe holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration degree majoring in marketing from Roosevelt University.

He was born and raised in Chicago.....and is a die-hard Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears fan who loves to cook.....and unfortunately eat.  He spends most of free time coaching his kids little league teams.  

Deb Devlin, Controller

Deb Devlin is responsible for all accounting functions of the company, and has nearly 30 years of Controllership experience. She is particularly skilled in establishing departmental structure, policies and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and timelines of all financial data needed. Deb has experience in domestic and international companies within various high tech, industrial manufacturing, banking and service industries. She holds a BS in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University graduating with Cum Laude honors.

Jeff Hanson, Vice President of Business Development

Jeff Hanson comes to Network Allies with 25 years of experience in the computer industry. Entering the technology sector at American Megatrends, Inc., Jeff spent 7 years with AMI, where he was promoted to SE Regional Sales Representative and eventually National Sales Manager of the hardware division.  Both promotions were earned by his successful sales performance of motherboards and RAID controllers to systems integrators coast to coast. Since his departure from AMI, Jeff has been selling application specific computers in numerous vertical markets and has become an expert in this area. In 2001, Jeff joined Adtech Global as an Account Executive where drove the majority of sales initiatives for the Engineered Computing group.  Working his way to Director of Business Development and then on to Vice President of Engineered Computing.  In 2017, Jeff joined Network Allies as VP of Business Development and is a LLC Member.
