DST Webinar to Offer Case Study On Digital Signage at America's Cup


A successful digital signage implementation has many moving parts, so bringing together the right partners to work together for the most effective solution is critical for success. That was the path taken by 2013 America's Cup "challenger of record" Artemis Racing in setting up its VIP Lounge at the America's Cup Village in the San Francisco Bay area.

Ingram Micro and Digital Signage Today are hosting a free, hourlong webinar taking a look at the successful implementation of the project through partnerships and collaboration, scheduled for 2 p.m. eastern on Sept. 10.

Artemis' hospitality suite for VIP guests was lined with digital signage solutions including a nine-screen video wall for streaming race videos and custom content, and an interactive screen for welcoming guests and thanking Artemis sponsors. This high-profile project was no small undertaking and required a tremendous amount of thoughtful planning, resource and clean execution by a team of partners.

Project partner infoRev MEDIA, a digital communications company for businesses, worked closely with Ingram Micro's ProAV/Digital Signage business unit to secure sponsorships with Samsung, Peerless, TouchSystems and Sherlock Systems to create a comfortable and compelling environment for Artemis, its guests and sponsors.
