Sustained Engineering

As part of our comprehensive engineering services, Network Allies provides sustained engineering services for your appliance solutions that require modifications due to changes in end-user requirements, software updates or fixes, or part obsolescence. Our sustained engineering services give you the flexibility to modify your products and update your designs without affecting ongoing production.

Though our sustained engineering services, we assume support for your appliance solutions when the appliance is released to manufacturing. All design plans and code are archived, and sustained engineering begins for the released version. At the same time, development can begin on the next version, and our sustained engineering team will continue to support the previous version if available.

When you report a problem or vulnerability, our engineers will help you triage it and then develop and test the appropriate fix or update. We will also work with you on the best solution for releasing the fix or update to your customers.
