New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Short but lucrative market windows are typical for our customers' product environment. Our internal culture and expertise reflects this reality and allows us to excel in this atmosphere. Our womb-to-tomb program team philosophy is an example of this. By dedicating a program team to a customer project for the life of the project we can respond faster and more efficiently in areas related to technology, processes, suppliers, and testing.

Configuration Control
- Because the system solutions being developed are based on "purpose built" computers running customer specific applications we recognize the importance of implementing a project specific configuration control plan. For example, one customer's implementation may view the disk drive technology as a commodity while another customer may require a complete evaluation before changing drives.
Advantage: No in-the-field compatibility surprises. Scheduled, well planned re-qualification process when needed.
Integration Documentation
- Creating and maintaining detailed and accurate process documentation for each customer project is a high priority in our business model. Not only does each customer have unique requirements to begin with but changes are constantly occurring based on supplier input (i.e. End-of-Life (EOL) issues) and customer input (i.e. enhanced testing process).
Advantage: A smooth production process and high quality output.
Certification and Compliance Testing
- Because we understand the significance of the various country and industry-specific regulatory requirements we deal with these issues from the initial project requirements stage right through to the testing and deployment stage. We also incorporate the impact into the project timeline. We can manage and support certification and compliance testing related to UL, CE, FCC, NEBS and other areas.

Branding
- With many years of experience in helping customers bring their products to market we can assist in areas related to custom chassis design, custom front bezels, custom packaging, user manuals, and labeling.
Advantage: Time and cost savings for branding process. A wide array of options to choose from with minimum time investment.
