In early 2020 Network Allies, LLC was acquired by EMET Computing (TASE: E&M), a full-service provider of computing solutions to OEM customers.
Network Allies continues to operate under the Network Allies brand, and the leadership team stayed on board to continue managing the company. Being part of the EMET Computing Group allows Network Allies to join forces with a larger scale provider in full-stack infrastructure computing solutions, hence, to accelerate its growth in the global market, via offering more professional capabilities and resources to customers.
Yoav Weinberg, CEO of EMET Computing Group: “EMET found in Network Allies a strong professional computing technology business, which is also a trustworthy partner. We are very optimistic about future growth and expansion of Network Allies, considering that it now has access to the additional capabilities and resources in our Group, including 30+ years of computing infrastructure experience, hundreds of engineers, multiple integration sites, and the financial backing of a publicly-traded company with over $350 million in U.S. revenue”.
Jim Reinhold, CEO of Network Allies, is very excited for the company to take this next step. “Network Allies’ key customers have often asked us to find a way to support global growth. With EMET we have found the perfect partner to complement our capabilities and assist each other in providing our customers with enhanced capabilities around the world. Our team is excited to have the technical resources, financial support, and global presence of EMET so that we can continue to provide solutions that our current and future customers will require.”
